Kaiserreich is the world's largest fan-built althistory IP. In Kaiserreich, Germany wins the First World War, leading to a considerably changed world. Hit hard by the Great Depression, the USA descends into civil war in the late thirties, as chronicled in our video series The Divided States.

The Divided States Triptych is a set of concept art made to explore the costumes and look of the various rebel factions in the USA in Kaiserreich. Rather than the usual heroics, we looked for a solemn and dark tone befitting the noir theme of the game. War does not determine who is right - only who is left.
